In 2015 a small circle of investors had finally had enough after looking at property after property to be used as rental properties. The upgrades, improvements and renovations just weren’t up to the quality needed for guests. There were just too many “putting paint on the pig” properties as the saying goes.
So this ‘small circle’ began their own improvement company  with their concepts, and buyers in mind. Hiring their own contractors and sub-contactors, they started on the path of transforming aged properties by adding modern day luxury, amenities and features while keeping their old southern charm.
